Spacious room in a great flat next to Regents park

Hey guys,

We're a friendly group of people who have lived in this wonderful flat for a very long time. Now we are looking for a new flatmate for a very spacious double bedroom. The flat is very centrally located just a 10-minute bus-ride from Oxford circus and a 10-15-minute walk from Camden town, Great Portland Street, Regents park, Euston and Warren Street stations. We are located on a street parallel to Regents park with some views of the park that can be seen from our living room and the room that we are renting out.

We are looking for someone to join this warm house for an extremely good deal compared to what else you could find in this particular location. Bills come up to around £140/month on top of the cost of the room. The bedroom and the flat are fully furnished and well equipped, with a washing machine, a private elevator and a dishwasher as well! We have a landlord who takes care of the contract and deposits. There are no agency fees.
