I am renting out my room in a private student hall over summer. The room is available now until September 6th but shorter lets will be considered.

As the room is in a student hall you must be registered at an educational institution. This is ideally suited to students doing research at one of the many nearby universities, enrolled on a language course over summer, or working/interning in the city.

The room is within Beaumont Court, owned and managed by Unite.

The room is fully furnished with a 3/4 double bed, desk and storage, and has an en-suite shower room. There is an open plan kitchen/living area. Laundry is available on-site.

All bills are included.

The property is located 5 minutes from Mornington Cresent on the Northern Line, and within 10 minutes of Camden Town and Camden Road, on the Northern Line and Overground respectively. There are also a number of bus routes nearby going into central London.

5 minutes walk from Camden High Street, the property is conveniently located for a wide range of shopping, eating, and nightlife. It is a 20 minute walk to UCL and the surrounding educational institutions. It is also a 20 minute walk from Euston, St Pancras, and Kings Cross train stations.
