We have a spare bedroom for a clean and tidy young professional or postgraduate student to join us in our lovely, bright flat. The house has been recently refurbished to very high standards. It has two bedrooms and one mezzanine which has been converted into a third bedroom. The flat has one bathroom, open-plan kitchen and a bright living room with a juliet balcony. The flat is triple aspect - which means we have windows facing north, south and west - making it nice and bright. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and it has wooden floors. There is space for bike storage if needed. There is also plenty of storage space in the mezzanine which is shared by everyone.

The property is situated just off York Way, very near to Camden Square. It is a 12 minute walk to Camden Town Station and Caledonian Road, a 10 minute walk to Camden Road overground and an easy walk to Kings Cross St Pancras. Buses 274, 390 and 29 are all within a 2-4 minute walk. Close to all amenities off the main road such as shops, restaurants, banks, supermarket, bars & pubs, cinema, library, clubs and Regent's park.

We are two young professionals, who enjoy cycling, yoga, running among other outdoor sports! We're 29 and 33 years old, one from Spain and the other from Canada. The flat is a home, so we are looking for a likeminded professional who is tidy, respectful and sociable who will treat the flat with care.
