We have a detached box room (1st floor) for a monday to thursday night let. it has an IKEA day bed installed so the occupier can move around. There's shelviing and desk space. Window overlooks beautiful square, where you can hear bird song. We have Wifi. On the second floor you can share a kitchen or use your own microwave/kettle. Share bathroom/shower and roof terrace. Our son goes to a local school. about 08. 45. We start preparing him an hour beforehand.
