Large double 5 mins to Camden, 10 to Hampstead

Fantastic double room to rent, 5 minute walk from Chalk Farm station, the Roundhouse and just a wee bit further to the stables and Camden Market. Belsize Park is also 5 mins away and Primrose Hill is about 10 mins.

Unfortunately our Australian flatmate has fallen foul of the UK Visa folk and won't be back.

The room itself is a spacious double and comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe, rug, chest of drawers and mirror. The pictures show a couples of bits and bobs of his (clothes, posters etc.) but these will be gone by the time you move in.

We're on the top floor (3rd) and your window has views over London and the City. It's very light and airy and the whole flat has recently been renovated.

The flat is a 3 bed with wooden floors and a tiled kitchen and bathroom. There is a spacious hallway and a huge living/dining room with a comfy leather sofa and 6-seater dining table. We also have a balcony that catches the sun from around midday and is great for summer evenings - overlooking a small park.

You'll be living with a guy and a girl, both professionals - we're both at work most of the day but enjoy a glass of wine or two in the evenings (on the balcony!). Ali is from Australia and Ben is from Belgium/England.

The room is available from the end of November and please be aware that you will be required to sign our lease.

The room is £650 per calendar month excluding bills. We have 80mbps broadband, which is awesome, and gas, electricity, water, council tax etc. total to roughly £60-£70 per month.

We'll be having viewings over the weekend so if you can make it then it would be great meet you and have a chat.
