Looking to find a friendly/social professional (male) to replace myself. Very sad to go as flat and housemates great.

The flat contains all modern appliances, well sized double room (recently painted and mattress replaced 2 months ago), nice kitchen/living area and a great rooftop terrace.

The location is between Kentish Town and Camden Town. Loads of transport nearby (bus, rail and 3 tube stops). The nightlife of Camden is 3 min walk and Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regents Park are all close . Overall, brilliant location.

Some bills are included (heating). Electricity, cleaner, TV, WIFI, council tax works out around £60 a month.
