Good sized double bedroom in Camden

Hi there,

after two years I'm moving out of my lovely flatshare in Camden and looking for someone to replace me.

The flat is located in Camden with very good transport links. 5 mins walk to Camden Road Station and less than 10 min walk to Camden Town tube and the markets. There are many night busses too.

The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a low board. Fast broadband is available.

The rent is 560 Pounds a month and bills will be another 89 Pounds on average per month.

The flat is lovely and bright with a big Lounge, open plan kitchen, a bathroom and another separate toilet.

You would be sharing with Nico (36, Argentinian) and Maria (28, Spanish) - not a couple. They are very sociable but do respect each other's privacy.

We are holding viewings on Tuesday 21 October after 6pm.
