Friendly flat share in a fairly large 3 bedroom flat 5 mins to Regents Park / Primrose Hill and a 10 minute walk to Camden Town. Chalk Farm and Camden Town tube stations are about 10 minutes away or you can walk through the park to Regents Park tube which takes about 20 mins.

The flat has a large living room, separate kitchen & dining area, utility area with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom isn't enormous but has a double bed, skylight and fitted cupboards. There's a lot of storage space elsewhere in the flat if you need it.

Rent of £750 per month excludes bills which add up to around £105 a month each. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week that we take it in turns to pay which works out at about £30 a month each.
