You'll have a spacious and quiet furnished room (desk with drawers, chair, massive floor to ceiling wardrobe, double bed with drawers, bookshelf, and a double glazed window with an open view).

On foot, it takes only 4 minutes to Mornington Crescent Tube Station (Northern Line), 8 min to Camden Town and Kings Cross and 10 min to Euston station.
You can be in central London within 15 minutes by bus or even faster by train.
You'll share with us a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven/grill and microwave (dryer and washing machine on premises too).

Ideal for one quiet, clean, discreet and respectful professional guy. We are rather reserved and mostly keep to ourselves, while trying to alternate the use of the common areas of the kitchen and bathroom.
We use headphones to listen to music as we work often from home during the day and also need it to be quiet to rest during the night. NO smoking and NO drugs in the whole flat and in the common areas outside it.

The £806 rent covers ALL bills, including also council tax (mature students accepted if they agree to pay the council tax which is included in the rent)
