Two large double rooms in period house. We're looking for people who like peace and quiet, and keep things clean and tidy. Current occupants work in tech/education.
Downstairs room: double bed, sofa, large wardrobe, chest of draws with large mirror, bedside table, built in cupboard and shelf, shuttered window with brand new double glazing, 47’ TV.
Upstair room: double bed, large wardrobe, desk, two bedside tables, built in cupboard, brand new double glazing.
Rent is inclusive of all bills, including a weekly cleaner (rooms cleaned as well as communal areas). Both rooms available now.
Other facilities in the house:
Two bathrooms, both with fabulous walk-in showers and one with a very large and relaxing bath. Both have natural light with views of the garden, natural stone and underfloor heating.
Brand new kitchen with dining space for 6. There’s a range cooker, a dishwasher, granite worktops, and plenty of high quality cooking and dining things to use.
Laundry room (no need to worry about disturbing anyone with the sound of the machine) including a separate tumble trier.
Large garden with lots of plants in beds and pots, bbq, table and seating for 10. It’s great in summer and we do quite a few barbecues.
Location:
The house is north of King’s Cross on a quiet street. There is very little traffic noise. Both branches of the Northern line (Camden Town), the Piccadilly line (Caledonian Road) and Overground (Camden Road) are within 10 mins walk. Kings Cross is 18 mins walk, or less if you take the 390. There is very a useful Sainbury's Local with 2 mins walk, and then there's also a massive Sainbury's in Camden (10 mins). There are many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within easy walking distance.
