Double room on Camden Road, no deposit needed

Large double room located 5 minutes walk from Camden Town, on Camden Road. The room is in a 2 bedroom flat, which you will share with a young couple. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, but no living room. The room will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a fold out table.

We are looking for a young professional or student to move into the room. Bills are not included but will be split between 3 people so are very cheap.

You will sign a contract for 3 months, but have the option to stay longer once they are up. There is no deposit required, you will pay only your first months rent before you move in.

Due to my working hours it would be easier to send me (Sarah) a text rather than a call, and we can arrange a viewing.
