The room comes with a double bed and very spacious built-in closets.

There is also a built-in table between closets which is a good option for a working desk space. It comes especially handy when working from home!

The shower room and the toilet are separate which is convenient for a flat with multiple people.

There is also a nice communal area within the building premises where you can hang out, relax, and even do some bbq.

The flat is shared with 3 people and a cute cat :)

Rent is £230 pw and the deposit is 4 weeks. Bills and high-speed wifi included.

Keeping our flat clean is one of our top priorities so someone who is neat and tidy is a MUST.

Although we don’t mind smokers, it’s strictly outdoors only.

We’re also looking for someone friendly who does not mind living with people who keep to themselves as everyone is busy with work at most times. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
