Flatmate wanted in NW1

Hi,

I have a fully furnished double bedroom to rent in a two bedroom flat. I would like to share with a likeminded professional. No couples please.

I work in media and in my spare time I like to go out for dinner or drinks with friends, go the cinema, theatre and travel. I've also recently signed up for a triathlon so spend a few days a week training.

Location - The flat is in a victorian semi that's been converted into 4 flats on Camden Road and very well connected to the west end by bus(29, 253, 390, 393), overground (Camden Road) and tube (Camden Town, Kentish Town, Caledonian Road).

The flat has two bedrooms. There is a large open plan living room/ kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. The flat is fully furnished including appliances e. g. microwave, toaster, kettle, TV, DVD player, washing machine and dryer.

There is a gated back garden shared by 2 other flats in the building.

No bills are included in this price. The bills usually come to around £100 a month (council tax, tv licence, broadband, gas, electric, water, Internet, content insurance)

The room is available after the 20th October.
