Hi , I’m Simon …. looking to share my flat, I’m a professional person working in finance field and split my time between London and Kent.
I have a double room available in a 2 bed flat in chalk farm area, very close to the RoundHouse. Situated in a block within the Ferdinand / Harmood street area.
This is not a typical flat share. I will not be living in property full time so this person will have the flat to themselves for periods of time. Whilst this is reflected in the price, I am very keen to find a suitable person I can trust.
Looking for a quiet professional male or female to enjoy the space with me. I am a stickler for cleanliness and like to keep a tidy space.
The flat is spacious and the double bedroom is of a good size. You will have access to all the flat has to offer .
The room is available from end September and I am available to meet people next week at the property between Fri 20th - Sun 22nd September to discuss suitability.
Rental 4 months possibly longer .
