Hi there people!

A long standing housemate of ours is moving out with his partner on the 1st of November...

So, we have one large bright double room available with high ceilings, large windows and loads of storage.
The room is actually bigger than it looks in the photo!

The flat is spacious, bright and fully furnished overlooking green & safe Camden Sq.
It is split over three floors & none of the bedrooms have joining walls which lends itself to decent privacy.

It's a really nice flat. I have lived here for 10 years!
Every time I considered moving, I couldn't find better for the money. The place just has a nice feel to it and is in an excellent location with fantastic transport links to almost everywhere in the city.

Us:
Asher 31 yr old female & Chris 34 yr old male.
We are a non-weird couple who live on the top floor of flat.
We're easy going & work in the music industry in different guises professionally.

We have a new flat mate moving into a smaller room in the flat on the 1st November. Female 24 yr old.

Asher & I have lived in London for a long time and have our own busy social & professional lives so the flat is usually a peaceful place to chill and not a party location.
That said we are friendly and fun people and enjoy catching up with each other whilst making dinner etc.

Layout of flat:

1st floor:
2 bedrooms (high ceilings & no joining walls) & Bathroom/Toilet.

2nd floor:
Bright open plan living room & kitchen.

3rd floor:
Bedroom & Toilet (occupied by us).

Transport & Amenities:
• 2 min walk to 24hr buses all over London.
• 5 min walk to Camden Road Overground.
• 10 min walk to Camden Town centre/Tube.
• 15 min walk to Primrose Hill and Regents Park.
• 15 min walk/2 min taxi to Kings Cross Station.
• Shops cafes, restaurants, bars all within 10 min walk.
• 24 hour Tesco Metro w/cash point 4 min walk away.
• Large Sainsbury’s supermarket on Camden road 8 min walk away.
• Newsagents/Nisa shop, Restaurant & Launderette on same street.
