1 quiet back bedroom in a 2 bathroomed family hous

This is a lovely Camden home with 2 bathrooms to be shared with a 2 women family with a boy and a girl of nearly 5. This is a No Smoking cat loving household seeking a woman tenant. Currently we don't have a cat but we are thinking of getting one. If you love/like gardening that would be a real bonus.

1 of us is a nurse and the other a film-maker/photographer who may well do some more Media part time teaching. We are both artistic and progressive.

In return for a very cheap Camden rent we would like you to very occasionally look after our children eg if 1 of us is going out and the other not home to keep an eye on them. After a few months when you have settled in and got to know us and the children we would potentially ask you to babysit once a week after the children are in bed. This would alternate between a weekend night and a weekday night fortnightly. We would require a DBS check, which we would pay for if you don't already have one.
This could be very suitable for either a teacher or teaching assistant or a social worker or a student.

Our bedroom and the children's bedroom are on the top 3rd floor with the family bathroom in between. We also have our own sitting room on the middle floor. The children have an open plan play area on the groundfloor.

You would have your own bright bedroom looking out on the garden on the 2nd floor of the house (next to our sitting room). Also, main use of the ground floor bathroom and toilet. You would also have your own (main use) fridge and freezer. We all share the kitchen and conservatory space where we eat on the ground floor.

We do also use your main use downstairs bathroom when we are downstairs.
