The available room occupies the top floor of the house and has an en-suite bathroom as well as a terrace with fantastic views of the city. It is fully furnished with a bed, a sofa and plenty of storage space and also a gas fire which is useful in the winter. The room offers a lot of privacy and has the feel of a studio as it is very large and fully lockable.

The house itself is spread over four floors with a shared kitchen and living room area downstairs and a large garden out the back, which is a rare find in central London. It’s located five minutes from Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tube stations and living so centrally really cuts down on transport costs.

You will be sharing with young professionals who work in creative fields and sales who are friendly and very clean and tidy. There is a great dynamic in the house and the housemates enjoy socialising over good food and a glass of wine or going to the pub for a few beers. The house is very laid-back and it never feels too crowded as we have a lot of space.

If you’re sociable and easy-going and looking to make new friends in London whilst enjoying all that living centrally has to offer, this is the perfect place for you. The moving-in date is flexible and we’ll be happy to organise viewings either in the evenings or at the weekends.
