Canal-Side Friendly Flat Share

Hi all,

A double room in our spacious 3 bed flat on Regent's canal (5-10 minutes to Camden and Kings Cross) is available from the 7th February 2020.
The flat has a large balcony facing the canal, good sized bedrooms, and a fantastic large open-plan living room and kitchen. The main bathroom is shared between two of the bedrooms. The flat is well secured, with a small gym and bike storage included. Bills (Sky, broadband, Netflix, electricity, council tax) come to approximately £110 per month.

You'll be sharing with three friendly housemates (one couple and one guy) who all work typical Mon-Fri hours and have been flat sharing in London for some time.
We spend plenty of time outside the house although we're hoping for another sociable flat mate to join us for the pub/Netflix sessions.

We're ideally looking for a female flat mate, who also works full time, is tidy, and has flat shared before.
