Arlington is one of Camden’s most iconic building; built in 1905 as working men’s hostel, the building has been transformed by One Housing Group into a world class housing enterprise centre.

Arlington offers 44 studio flats starting from £213.00 per week, dependent on size of flat and Council Tax Band A, B and C.

The weekly rental charge includes service charge for gas, electricity and water rates. Council Tax, TV licence wifi must be paid by the tenant.

We currently have a vacant property, and the studio flat is designed for workers who do not have support needs and are in fulltime employment. The studio will be offered initially for a 6-month period and after such time without any concerns, extended for another 18 months. The total time tenants are expected to stay is for 2 years.

In order to be eligible for the studio flat you MUST meet the following criteria and complete a referral form:
• Local connection to Camden (have resided in Camden for 3 out of 5 years, or 6 out of 12 months, or have evidence of strong family connection) or work in the borough of Camden.
• Earn between £30,000 and £45,129 per annum
• Be 18 years old or over
• Have no support needs
• Be in full time employment for at least 3 months and not be in probation period
• Provide an employment reference
• Provide proof of income in the form of payslips and/or bank statements
• Be able to pay 4 weeks rents in advance
• Provide a previous Landlord and character reference
• No recent history of rent arrears or county Court judgements
• Have no criminal record or history of violence (no MAPPA clients)
