Short-term summer let - 22/6-04/7

Room available for 12 nights from 22 June.

The two housemates are likely to be away so you are effectively getting the whole place to yourself. £65 per night. The whole 12 nights only = £780

Security deposit: £780, fully refundable on returning the keys

Deposit and rent payable upon signing the Lodgers' Agreement.

I can provide sheets and towels.

I take a scan of your passport and use a Lodgers' Agreement so terms are clear for all parties.

Vegetarian strongly preferred (no meat in the house)
No smokers.
Must be vaccinated against Covid
No guests, overnight or otherwise.


The room is beautiful and bright, a medium double, newly painted, with brand new oak floors and door, double and secondary glazing (so the room is quiet) curtains, voils for privacy, with high-quality furniture including double bed, desk and chair, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. It is bright with a large window and lots of natural light.
