Double Room in Camden Flat

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out of her double room in our 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat in Camden. The room will be available from 27th October. The contract will be taking over her tenancy for the remaining 6 months of the contract, with opportunity to renew after that.

The room is a bright large double room, furnished with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The flat has a shared living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We share an entrance with only one other flat, and are a stones throw away from Camden Road overground and Camden Town underground stations, walking distance to Euston and King’s Cross stations. Rent for the room is £1000 and bills are roughly £160-200.
