About the flat

Three large double rooms available (all en-suite!) to rent in a modern three bedroom new build flat. Very spacious with lots of storage.

The flat is really lovely and modern. It is fully furnished and has a shared kitchen/dining area and lounge. The area is amazing too - right in the heart of Camden Town but on a quieter street away from any Saturday night noise! This means there are lots of shops/restaurants/bars/pubs/Camden Market right on your doorstep with Regents Park and Primrose hill for green spaces. Plus it's great for transport too:
-Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tube stations only a 5 minute walk away
-Euston and Kings Cross train stations about 15 minutes away walking or about 10 minutes away on the bus

About me

I’m Kate, 33, a professional working full time. I’m friendly, considerate and fairly low-key. I’m into running, films and generally having a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat 🙂 I value people being respectful of shared spaces and making the flat feel like somewhere you actually enjoy coming back to.

About the setup

This is my flat and I’m currently renting out the rooms while I’m living elsewhere. I’m looking for like-minded professionals who want a relaxed, friendly household and who would be happy treating the flat as a home.

There is a chance I may move back into the third bedroom later in the year, so I’m hoping to find people I’d genuinely get on with and would be happy to live with if that happens. Any changes would always be discussed openly and well in advance.
