[Short term] - Double room in cool canal-side Camd

Available from May 2nd - June 8th, for a 1 month lease (flexible dates)

Bills are not included and are around £150 per month!

The flat:
- Split over two floors, it almost feels like it's own small house. It's tucked away from the bustle of camden in a very quiet street overlooking the canal.
- On the ground floor you have our two bedrooms, where you would get a decent spacious double room to make your own, comes with a desk, wardrobe etc.
- The stairs then take you down to a long semi-open plan setup of:
- A full lounge, where I've got a brilliant sound system and record player, TV, etc. Then a decent sized terrace with some greenery and a table/chairs that are nice to host friends for dinner in the warmer months, or just for some fresh air and sunlight whenever.
- One modern bathroom
- A fully equipped kitchen with a spacious counter space.
- A dining table space adjacent to it, where I also have a desk to sometimes WFH but you would be welcome to use when I don't.

It's in an amazing location I really love, because:

- Transport to get anywhere in London, fast, on our doorstep. Camden Town station (northern line) is just a 4 minute walk away, and the Camden Road overground to go east or west is just across the road. There's also buses going everywhere, I cycle to nip to random places quickly, and then Kings Cross is only a 15-20min walk down the canal!
- Being by the canal is precious, an oasis of calm to potter along.
- A full sized large Sainsbury's just across the road! So useful for food shopping.
- Regents Park and Primrose Hill a short walk away, and the glories of Hampstead Heath a 10min cycle/bus/tube away as well. Great for nature escapes, runs or cycles. Puregym a really short walk away too. etc.

Me, and who I'm looking for.

- I'm a mature, sociable and easy-going 25 year old, currently training as a lawyer (solicitor) with passions for local community/social work. Ideally you're also some kind of professional, but I'd be open to postgrad students.
- My interests are broad but I get along with most types and am really up for just making a harmonious enjoyable home for us to share. The most important thing is that you are clean, friendly, open and easy to discuss and work little details out with - that's me.
- I'm active and often out of the house, between my work, volunteering, seeing mates, going to music studios and gym/parks. Someone who equally does not WFH most the time and has their own things that take them out and about would be ideal.
- Someone sociable would be great! I go to music events and pubs with lovely friends you'd be welcome to join. If you also happen to be into meditation, playing music, film, or vegetarian cooking then that's a plus.
