Our current flatmate is moving abroad, so we are looking for someone new to join us in our flat.
The Flat:
The flat is in a fantastic location on Parkway in Camden. We are a 3-minute walk from Camden Town tube station, a 10-minute walk from Camden Road overground, and on the main bus routes that serve most of London. We are surrounded by things to do, with gyms, gig venues, bars, supermarkets, and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk. Regent’s Park is just at the top of the street and Primrose Hill is around a 10-minute walk away.
This is a four-bedroom flat with a shared toilet and shared bathroom, a good size kitchen/living room, plenty of storage, and a spacious roof terrace that is perfect for summer BBQs with friends and sunbathing off the hangover the next day.
The available room is situated on the second floor and has recently had new carpet and fresh paint. The room is a great size with loads of storage space and space for a large desk for home working. Our current flatmate will be selling her desk, chair, and mirror but all the other furniture in the photos will remain.
Flatmates:
You will be living with myself, Poppy, and Beth. We are looking for people around a similar age, open to both males and females.
We would love to find someone who is sociable and looking to make friends and not just be a flatmate. Although we have different working patterns and routines, we still like to hang out together in the living room and enjoy walks, pub trips, and days out together.
Having said this, we equally have our own friendship groups, hobbies, and social lives outside of the flat so are often out and about on weekends. We are tidy, respectful, and easy-going and hope that you are too.

Duration – The tenancy for the entire flat renews 1st April 2025.
