Cosy, light and airy double room in central Camden

Hi there! Me (Sadie) and my flatmate (Colette) are looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy and clean flat in the centre of Camden from the beginning/middle of July for a year!

We are quiet, clean and friendly students who are 21 and 20, studying the Ancient World and Classics at UCL, both in our second year going into our third. We enjoy cooking together, reading, eating out and walking around Camden, and hanging out! We are very friendly and calm people who don't like to party too often or go out too late but still like to have fun :)

We are looking for a flatmate around our age (but anyone in their early twenties is welcome!) and ideally someone who is studying in London too, but we are open to someone who is working too.

The flat is on a quiet residential street which is a few minutes walk from Camden Town underground station, and is the upstairs flat with a friendly downstairs neighbour. The flat opens on an entrance with a staircase, leading to the ground-floor which includes: separate bathroom and shower rooms, the large kitchen, storage closet with new washing machine, and the ground-floor bedroom. The stairs lead up to the two upstairs bedroom, with the one that is available facing onto the street with lovely direct light and plenty of storage.
We also have a spacious and lovely upstairs balcony which has a view onto the street and also onto the back of the house, looking over the downstairs garden.

The flat is warm, with a recently installed new boiler and new heating system. We are two minutes walk from bus stops taking you anywhere in central London, and four minutes walk from a huge Sainsbury's. Camden high street, a five minute walk from the flat, has any shop you might need - Aldi, Boots, Superdrug, Rymans, Argos and many restaurants.
