Hi! I’m Karen and I am a young professional from Canada. I have lived in this wonderful flat for two years now and I am looking for a female professional to re-sign the lease starting August 27 (flexible) for a minimum of 1 year.

About the flat & room:
- Central location in Camden that takes you less than a 20 minute commute into Soho, Kings Cross & Angel. Super convenient if you work nearby.
- The area is super convenient with many grocery stores nearby to cater to any of your cooking needs
- Large shared shared living room with tons of natural sunlight during the day
- The room comes unfurnished, but the current tenant is willing to leave the furniture (ie. desk, mattress and bed) for a very discounted price

What I am looking for in a flatmate:
I’m hoping to live with someone who is friendly & respectful of each other's space. Would love it if we got along and hung out every once in a while at home or outside the flat. I am super respectful about alone time, and often spend a lot of time out with friends or at work.

In general here are some things you can expect living with me:
- Keeping the living room clean and sharing cleaning responsibilities
- Having friends over for dinner every once and a while (I love cooking for my friends)
