The bedroom in the photos is available. The red couch with the yellow pillow is just a couch in the living room. There are two bathrooms in the flat, and you'll be sharing the flat with just me, so you'll have your OWN bath and toilet. The flat has a balcony. There is a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. Double-glazed windows. 3rd floor. Sunlight isn't obstructed by other buildings at all. A balcony. The very spacious living room has a beautiful view of the canal. The building has a shared gym with treadmills and some weights. 5-10 min walk to Camden Town Station. 5 min walk to Overground. The landlord asks for rent 6 months in advance, so that is 9793 pounds.

Expectations from flatmates:

Common Areas: Keep shared spaces like the kitchen, living room tidy. Agree on a cleaning schedule if needed.
