Convenient spacious room with the best flatmates

Offering a huge double room in central. Larger than it looks in photos and just around corner from the station, lots of shops on hand. M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury's, Whole Foods, Tesco and lots of cafes.

Easy walk to Regents park, great cycle routes and connections.

Bathrooms normal size. Kitchen is massive, we use it as the communal area.
Room is furnished. There's the bed, desk/table, clothes rail, mirror and chest of drawers.

All bills included.

We got a dog, super cute and will chill with anyone who sustains interest but will equally ignore the existence of anyone that can't be bothered. He is very large so makes the room look a little smaller than it is.

Important to note we are on a bi-monthly rolling lease as there will eventually be a renovation of the building that has been planned a couple years now that we'll be notified of at an unspecified point.

It would be nice to have someone who is going to be a part of the flat socially. Love a good conversation, we all got different interests but works well.
