I’m looking for someone to sublet/my tenancy from 10 September - 30 September in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Chalk Farm. Going at discounted rate because I need to urgently travel overseas. Possible to sign a contract with the landlord after.
The room is an ensuite double bedroom with 2 built-in wardrobes. The flat has a very spacious open-plan kitchen and living room. With washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, and gas hob stove.
You will be living with a female master’s student currently doing her dissertation.
The place is really close to the Camden Market, so there’s food and shops all around. The area is alive during the night, but it’s quiet in the flat.
7 min walk from Chalk Farm station
9 min walk to Kentish Town West overground
3 min walk to Morrisons, and 5 min walk to Sainsbury’s, Amazon Fresh, Tesco
10 September - 30 September for £1000 including bills. Again this is a discounted rate due to the urgency.
