Double room in Camden Town

Spacious double room in the heart of Camden available from the 1st of November.

The flat is situated over two floors and has it's own entrance and hallway. It has an open plan kitchen and living room with a large outdoor terrace. This room would be based on the top floor of the flat where you would share a bathroom with two other girls.

Room: This lovely south facing room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, bed side table and a large wardrobe. This room faces away from the street and looks out onto the terrace so there is minimal noise from the street.

Location: The flat is located on Royal College Street and is perfectly situated out of the full hustle and bustle of the high street but only a 7 minute walk from the Camden Tube station and a 1 minute walk to the Overground station. It has many well connected bus routes within a few minutes walk including the beloved 29 route! We are situated right by the canal and only a 15 minute walk to regents park. Other local spots nearby are the famous Camden market, and Kings Cross St Pancreas only a short walk away.

Flatmates: You would be living with 3 lovely ladies including Brittany (26, works in HR) and Ildi (37, Nanny) who you would both be sharing a bathroom with and Leticia (32, Researcher). We all enjoy each others company and like to go out for drinks and socialise together but we also enjoy doing our own thing

Who are you: Ideally we are looking for someone who can match the vibe .e. g. friendly, chatty, social, down for a drink or two but also doesn't mind having their own space. We're all very clean and although we don't have a cleaner we all chip in to regularly clean the flat so we would be looking for someone who would also contribute.

Cost:
Deposit: £960
Rent: £960 (bills not included, paid to landlord)
Bills per month: £100 on average but fluctuates by around £20 throughout the year. Bills are paid to a flatmate on the 1st of the month which includes water, broadband, energy and tv licence.
Council tax is paid to the landlord on the 1st of the month (band C)

If successful, the landlords will request the deposit + 1 month's rent in advance along with references and the signing of a contract
