Massive room in friendly house ❤️ (WFH welcome)

Great news fellow house sharers! We have a great massive double room available for a lucky new tenant!

We are a mixed house coming from various parts of the globe (Portugal, France, Germany, Hong Kong), which makes for an interesting, international dynamic.

The house is located just 2 minutes walk from Camden Town station (though if you run it's probably more like 45 seconds).
Within 5 minutes walk, we have all necessary amenities including Sainsbury's, M&S, Coop, Boots, Starbucks, and a thousand and one different restaurants, pubs and livehouses.
Camden Market is well within 10 minutes' walk.
The area really is buzzing with life but we are also in a residential street giving us the best of both worlds.

Regents Park and Primrose Hill are within 10 and 15 minutes walk respectively.
So if you're the sporty type, makes for ideal running locations.
Or boozy afternoons in the park if you can brave the winter! Whatever floats your boat.

This is our home, and not just a house.
As such, we are looking for a friendly, considerate, sociable, clean and professional person.
Someone who is not just looking for a roof over their head, but looking to rent a room in a friendly houseshare but also understands the need for respect of boundaries when sharing a house ❤️

The current housemates consist of 3 “girls” (none of us is actually girly) and 1 guy, all in their 30ies. All professionals working full time. We are being invaded by scientists so we have 3 scientists and 1 person that works in tech (the tech person is working from home most of the time, but based in their room, you’re welcome to do the same but not in her room of course 😜).

We try to be active, and I need to emphasise the word TRY! Some of us “go” to the gym, some go for park runs, we have the scientists walking to work. And then we ruin it all in margarita night 🤷‍♀️

Food wise: we eat everything and respect everyone’s food choices, one of us is intolerant to gluten so there needs to be consideration if cooking together (she didn’t choose that life, it was that life choosing her 😭)

We rent the entire house (5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2.5 bathrooms) so the new person joining us will also be in the deed. This means that we are all in this together and we want to take care of the house the best we can. The room prices are shared based on room size and this room is the biggest room we have in the house by a large margin, it’s has 2 massive windows and enough floor space for you to open a breakdance school (but please don’t do it). The guy leaving is also happy to sell his blackout curtains and lampshades. You’re also welcome to decorate the room as you wish as the agency is flexible (just don’t paint the walls a different colour thats what they said).
