The Flat 🏡

Your Room: South facing double room with large two rail cupboard. The white bookshelf and white drawers are owned by the current flatmate but they are happy to sell if required!

Living Room: Very spacious bright room with dining table. An extra bonus is the sofa bed which we use when friends are visiting
London.

Kitchen: Modern and clean, with a recently new washing machine!

Bathroom: Separate toilet and shower, looks odd but comes in very handy when getting ready in the mornings.

Garden: Busy communal garden shared by all the residents and gets the sun throughout the day. We usually go to Regent’s as it’s a 10 minute walk!

Storage: Large shared cupboard space which can be used for all the ‘extra bits’.

The Flat Mates 👷‍♂️👨‍🎨

Jamie; works as an Architect in central London. He’s a keen runner who enjoys taking on marathons - however, he is always up for a pint!

Alex; works as a CG artist (he’s basically a digital sculptor). In his spare time you can usually find him sculpting with clay, hiking or just generally making the most of London’s drink and food selection!

You; we're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, enjoys the odd social and wants to be part of the family. If that sounds like you then get in touch!!

We prefer a female to maintain balance in the household, as this aligns with our current mix, but we are flexible for the right person.

We deal directly though an agent, but they are super cool and usually fix any issues we have within a week.
