We have a room available in our 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Camden! The room is located on the main floor and comes with its own private toilet, a large wardrobe, and a mirror. Please note the room is unfurnished.

Move-in date: 3rd February 2024
Contract length: 7 months (until 1st September) with an option to extend

The flat includes:
• Open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a small fridge/freezer
• Conservatory with an additional large fridge/freezer
• Shared bathroom with a shower (upstairs)
• A garden, perfect for summer hangouts
• A TV in the common area

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, sociable girls (25 and 29). We love spending time in the common spaces on weekends and enjoying the garden when the weather’s nice. We’re looking for a clean, social professional (25+) who’s keen to join not just as a flatmate but as a friend.

Rent is £1,335/month including TV license and council tax plus other bills, which come to around £100/month.

We are pet and smoking friendly.
