I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in a shared flat on Camden Road. The room has plenty of natural light, a generous amount of space, and comes with a bed and drawers. I can leave the desk and table lamp as well if you'd like.

Monthly Rent is £1100 + £125 bills
Tenancy deposit : £1300

The room is available from mid april/beg of May until the beginning of September

The location is great, it’s a few minutes' walk to Camden Town Station, super well-connected to central London by bus and tube (5mins by walk). There's a big Sainsbury’s nearby, and the street has some really nice cafes. The flat is equipped with one bathroom + one big kitchen/living room space.

You'll be sharing the flat with two very nice guys. We’re looking for a master's student or young professional who needs a room from mid-April. No preference between male or female, but no couples.
