Double Room in Camden

Hi all! I'm looking for a new flatmates to this our 4-bedroom flat in Camden :)

AREA
The flat is on a quiet side street, a few minutes from Camden Market. It’s 5 minutes from Kentish Town West Overground and about 10 minutes to both Chalk Farm and Camden Town Underground. There’s a large Morrissons 5 minutes away and a lot of other shops within 7-14 minutes (Sainsbury's, Tesco, ALDI etc). There are also some really nice and affordable pubs around, which we’re generally quite keen to pop down to in the evening.

FLAT
The room has a double bed. It comes furnished with a desk, chair, closet and two shelves. The living room is pretty large, and we’ve added a TV, a record player, and more decor since the pictures have been taken. We only have one bathroom, and kitchen, We try to keep the flat as clean as possible, so we’d like someone who would be happy to contribute to that

RENT, BILLS & DEPOSIT
Rent is £850 per month and the deposit is one month of rent. Bills and council tax are not included, and come up to around £100-150 per person per month.

ABOUT ME
I'm Will (23) and work in Westminster. I like climbing, reading and a bit of running. I like going pub and going out too!

I'm looking for social people, who would be down for occasional dinners, drinks, movie nights, etc.
