Large Room in the Heart of Camden

Hi there,

I need someone to take over the remaining 3 months of my lease. The house is a 5 minute walk from Camden Town station (10 to Mornington Crescent). 5-10 minutes walk to Aldi, M&S, and Sainsbury’s.

The room itself is huge for Camden and great for asking price. There’s 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and a shared living room and kitchen. We even have a small backyard.

The house currently has 2 girls from England, a male from New Zealand and another male from Ireland. I myself am from Canada but need to head home as my visa is up sadly. We all like to hangout and watch movies some nights or head to the pub for a pint after work but also like to kick in our rooms and enjoy alone time as well.

Everyone is super nice and outgoing and we’re looking for someone who will be cool and be the same.

The rent is about £950 monthly with bills. And the deposit is £700.
