My room is becoming available on the 18th of May 2025 for 3 months (until the 18th of August). There is a possibility to continue the tenancy after.

Very well located and easy access, in a peacefull street, 5 min walk from Mornington Crescent, 7 min walk from Camden Town, on the Northern Line.

The room comprises:

- 1 room with double bed
- Furnished (wardrobe, desk, chair, bed)
- Own bathroom
- Own toilets

The room is located in a really nice house with a spacious living room, very clean (cleaned professionnaly every week).

We are 4 young professionals between 24 and 26 years old, and I am searching a female flatmate to replace me for 3 months.

The rent is 1037.50/month (+ environ 120£ council tax/electricity/etc), and you would be added to the contract with the estate agency.
