Small double bedroom up for sublet for 6 months, with very good potential to become more long term.
Brilliantly located small double room in Kentish Town area, sharing a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom
house with 2 women. The bedroom is on the smaller side hence the affordable rental price of
£850pcm, all bills included. The house has a south facing roof terrace as well as a small balcony
area which is private to your bedroom. The room comes furnished with a double IKEA wardrobe,
small double bed frame and new Emma mattress that has just been replaced in August. We
have a small living room on the top floor and a kitchen on the ground floor, with another
communal space primarily used for storage/art studio.
We are looking for a friendly woman to join our welcoming and open minded home,
subletting my room from me while I live elsewhere in the UK- this is a 6 month sublet for now
with potential to extend, however this cannot be confirmed at this time. Those that work from
home please let us know how many days per week this would include, as we have a limit on
full time remote working within our tenancy agreement.
