Description
We have a lovely room available in our bright flat, perfectly located between Camden Town and Kentish Town. The room gets plenty of natural light in the afternoon and looks out into the neighbourhood. Unfortunately, I’m moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over my place on the contract and move in around the 8th - 14th September.
Location:
- 7 minute walk to Camden Town Station🚇
- 10 minute walk to Camden Road Overground
- 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s
The room:
- Furnished with everything you see in the photos (except desk chair - the desk is negotiable)
- Rent & bills amounts to around £820 a month
Flatmates:
- You’ll be living with three great flatmates - two girls (22 & 23) and one guy (25) all easygoing and friendly from Spain and France! 👯♀️
You:
- We are ideally looking for another girl to join the household around the age of 21-25, currently working, clean, and friendly.
- We will need a prior reference.
If you are interested in coming to see the flat, viewings can be Thursday 4th September, Friday 5th September and Saturday 6th September, please message me a bit about yourself and when you would be able to move in.
