A bright furnished room is available in a 3-bed, 2-bath terraced house located just steps from Camden Market. The room (Bedroom 3 on the floor plan) overlooks the private garden and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe – ideal for both study and relaxation.

The house includes a spacious reception room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, and both front and back patios with a private garden.

You’ll be sharing with two male UCL third-year students (social sciences), both tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We’re looking for someone friendly and considerate, who won’t mind the occasional small gathering in the shared living space (like a study group or reading evening).

Rent is £285 per week, excluding bills but including heating.
Council Tax Band: Band D; Full-time students are exempt from paying council tax.
