I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my cosy, ideally located ground floor apartment (with huge garden) between Camden, Angel, and King’s Cross / St Pancras.

We’ve been renting this apartment for 4 years, but my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

About the apartment:
• Perfect location: Close to several Tube lines (Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Overground and more within a 10-minute walk), and plenty of bus routes for easy travel.
• Shared spaces: Bright, fully equipped apartment with a large, cosy living room.
• Rare feature: A large garden, perfect for relaxing, hosting barbecues or enjoying sunny days.
• Convenient area: Just steps away from the best cafés, shops, and parks.

About me:
I’m a 34-year-old French guy who loves to cook and enjoys sharing good meals – whether it’s around the dinner table, watching a film, playing board games, or having a drink at the pub. I value a relaxed yet organised vibe at home.

About you:
