We’re looking for someone to move into our Camden Town 3 bed flat in February.
The flat
A first floor flat on a residential street an 8 minute walk from Camden Town Station and 5 minutes walk from Camden Road.
There’s a Sainsbury’s superstore and an Aldi down the road, with all of the amenities of Camden Market, Camden Town, and Kentish Town extremely close by.
There’s lots of communal space with a large kitchen and living room and two south-facing balconies. The move in would be around February 13th.
Bills & Council Tax - approx £90.
The room
Rent ~ £1025
The room is the largest in the flat with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and lots of room for storage. Definitely lots of room for a desk if you wanted to WFH.
Housemates
Two girls (Verity, 26 and Nicole, 24), both working professionals. V is a performer, and Nic works in publishing. We’re friendly, really enjoy a sociable flat (love having a movie night or a pub quiz) but also appreciate everyone’s own time and space. We both work a mix of wfh and in-office.
You
We’re looking for a chill, sociable housemate who’s clean and tidy. Preferably someone 24+ and the landlords require flatmates to make over 30k. Due to the nature of the contract we’d also like someone who could be here for at least 2 years.
We’ll be doing viewings this week: on Thursday 4th evening and Sunday 7th morning.
