Flatmate wanted- Camden, large apartment

Hi! I’m a 33-year-old working professional, former new yorker who moved here for work 5 years ago, that loves to explore Europe and London when not working. I’m looking for a clean, similarly professional roommate- preferably male- who is tidy, respectful, and (ideally) funny enough to appreciate my “I swear I’m normal” energy.

If you wash your dishes, don’t treat the living room like a wildlife habitat, and can laugh at the small chaos of adulting, we’ll get along great. Bonus points if you enjoy the peaceful silence of two people scrolling on the couch without speaking and are easy going, but enjoy a routine/structure.

Apartment details as follows:
- 2 large bedrooms (only one room is available at this time), two bathrooms- one en-suite, and another shared bathroom with large tub.
- Large living room, with kitchen table, large L shaped sofa, large screen TV- fully furnished.
- Large kitchen with gas stove, and american sized refrigerator (big perk).
- Wooden floors, high ceilings with great lighting and a really fair landlord. Even on the high street, it is triple insulated so incredibly minimal noise.
Bills included in overall cost but can vary based on electric usage and heat/gas.
Council band tax is £257 (p/m)
