En- suite Double room in the heart of Camden Town available from the 1st of April.

The flat is situated over two floors and has it's own entrance and hallway. It has an open plan kitchen and living room with a large outdoor terrace. This room would be based on the middle floor of the flat.

Room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, bed side table, wardrobe. This room faces our magnificent terrace.

Location: The flat is located on Royal College Street and is perfectly situated out of the full hustle and bustle of the high street but only a 7 minute walk from the Camden Tube station and a 1 minute walk to the Overground station. It has many well connected bus routes within a few minutes walk including the beloved 29 route! We are situated right by the canal and only a 15 minute walk to Regents Park. Other local spots nearby are the famous Camden market, and Kings Cross St Pancras only 20 min walk away.

Flatmates:
You would be living with three lovely ladies: Alba (37) who works as a manager, Ildi (39) who works in a tattoo shop, and Kiara (25) who works as a researcher.

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally we’re looking for someone who matches the vibe of the flat — friendly, clean, and respectful. We enjoy the occasional drink together but also value our own space. We all take pride in keeping the flat clean. Although we don’t have a cleaner, we share the responsibility and regularly tidy and clean the common areas, so we’d be looking for someone happy to contribute to that as well.

Cost:
Deposit: £1200
Rent: £1200 per month (paid to the landlord, bills not included)

Bills:
Bills average around £100 per month, but this can fluctuate depending on the season (especially energy). To keep things organised, each flatmate manages one household bill (for example water, broadband, or energy), and at the beginning of each month we split the total cost evenly between everyone and settle up with each other.

Council tax (Band C) is paid directly to the landlord on the 1st of each month.

If successful, the landlords will request the deposit + one month’s rent in advance, along with references and the signing of a contract.
