Hi all! I'm looking for someone to take over my fully-furnished, spacious double room in our 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Camden Town.

The location is brilliant - just a 1-minute walk from Camden Road's overground station, and around 5-10 minutes walk from Camden Town Underground. You're also around 15-20 minutes walk from Coal Drops Yard and King's Cross Station, making it exceptionally easy to get anywhere in the city and beyond. You're also just steps away from great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and gyms (as well as Regent's Canal!).

The room is bright, has plenty of space and is fully furnished with:

* Double bed with mattress included
* Large wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* Desk and chair

It also includes a small balcony, which is an added bonus.

The house has a large shared kitchen with plentiful fridge/freezer space, cupboards and a table/chairs. We also have a modern shower room (including a WC) and an additional separate WC, which makes sharing the house a lot easier.

The current housemates are friendly, respectful and easy to get on with. Everyone generally has their own routines - so it's an easy-going space where everyone is sociable when they're around, but they also respect each other's space.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and looking for somewhere to genuinely feel at home.

As to bills, these typically amount to around £120 a month (with a little variation in winter/summer for gas and electric). This captures internet, council tax, gas and electric, and water.
