Room in International Flatshare in Camden

Hi! I’m moving out of this lovely flat at the end of August, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 1 September.

The flat has a relaxed atmosphere where everyone has their own routines, but we also enjoy the occasional dinner together, board games, or simply chatting in the living room after a busy day. It’s a social home without being a party house, and everyone values keeping the flat clean and comfortable.

You’ll be living with Ece, who is completing a PhD in Biochemical Engineering at UCL while working part-time in a restaurant, Eloise, who is studying a Master’s in Control of Infectious Diseases at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and Jess, who recently graduated in law and is spending a year in London working in a pub. They’re all friendly, easy-going and respectful, and they’re looking for someone who’ll be a good fit for the house.

The flat features a shared living room, a modern kitchen, a shared bathroom and a small balcony. It’s ideally located just a 7-minute walk from Camden Town Underground station, giving you access to both branches of the Northern line for excellent connections across central London. The Mildmay Overground line is also just a few minutes away, making it easy to reach destinations across the city. Camden Market, Kentish Town and also Primrose Hill are all within walking distance, and the neighbourhood is packed with great cafés, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.

The rent is £1,100 per month, excluding bills. We have a professional cleaner every two weeks, and cleaning costs and other shared household expenses are split fairly using Splitwise. The room is available from 1 September on a rolling tenancy.
