Double room available in lovely flat in Camden

SHORT TERM lets preferred(2-3 months). If short term, there will be a small deposit or none at all. Beautiful 2 bed flat on Camden Road with a double room available immediately. The room comes fully furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. The bedroom is quiet as it is at the back of the flat and looks over the garden of the flat below. The flat has laminated wooden floors and big sash windows. The kitchen is fairly big and comes with all appliances, including a washer/dryer and has a kitchen table big enough to have a few friends over for dinner. The bathroom is an average size with good water pressure and the hot water never runs out! There is a big lounge with with huge floor to ceiling windows, an old fireplace and is seperate from the kitchen. It has lots of space and is great for socializing but has a door that closes it off from the passage leading to the bedrooms. The house is on camden road and it's a 10 min walk to camden road station, a 7 min walk to kentish town tube ad a 12 min walk to camden town tube (both northern line). The flatmates are a lovely couple who easy-going and friendly. They both work full time. Students are welcome however they will still have to pay council tax. The rent for the room is £590 per month and it doesn't include bills. Bills are decent for Camden. I would estimate adding about £80 monthly for bills, all inclusive, internet, water, gas etc. They are looking for people who are friendly and want a great place to live. They are happy to have friends over and are respectful of their flatmates in terms of work and sleep etc. they have been so amazing to live with and I'll be sad to leave them! If you have guests staying there is a couch that can fold out to a double mattress which is useful! Cleaning is shared but no rotas or any of that. Email me and we can set up viewings ASAP.
