NW1 One bedroom flat to rent form April to October

This is a one bed room flat.
My name is Joe. I am a male student from Taiwan, currently study in UCL, living in the living room and looking for someone to share the bedroom.

140 pounds per week (not include the bills), bill is around 30 pounds so 170 pounds per week including all the bills (electricity, internet, water and council tax).

Basically this contract is to protect both of us.

The rental period is from 1/5/2014 to 27/09/2014.

The deposit is one month rent. This deposit will be deducted for the last month, so you don't need to pay for your last month rental.
