we are currently 2 girls (mid 20s - working) in a 3 bed and looking for another flatmate to join us (boy/girl doesn't matter).

we're pretty relaxed, enjoy going out and having people over, and making the most of London. keen for someone to join us who likes similar things and would want to get involved (but essentially happy either way).

i'm a live-in landlord, so someone that is respectful of the property (given how new it is) and fairly tidy much appreciated! Don't mind if you smoke, but ask this isn't done instead the flat - there is a balcony.
