Beautiful Room by the Market in Camden

Hi this is a beautiful room 200 meters from Camden Market. It is in a shared flat with one flat mate (m 28). The room has a big bed, a small table with a chair, a side table and a massive build in closet. Kitchen and bathroom are shared and every 2 weeks it is your turn to clean them and the hallway (the other week your flatmate does it). The house is located in between two streets in the second row, and is therefore really quiet. I always have the window open and you don't hear a thing from outside.
I am moving out as I will move in with some friends of mine.

The rent is 700 all bills included and you can move in any time now. You will have to pay a deposit of 630 when signing the contract.

The room is only for a female professional. Please only apply if you like the flat clean, as your future flatmate does too. You will also have to provide a phone number for your company, as the landlord (the flatmate) will want to check up on your work status. This is a flat for a working person only.
